This is my second time here and I can now confirm that it is the best chip shop in Felixstowe, for me. For our family, it used to be The Regent, but this now takes top spot. Everything is cooked fresh, the place is very clean, it all also tastes clean (no sign of bitter oily after taste) - all accompanied by really good service. Portions are great (try the mini cod for 5.50, it's a normal sized cod), the sauces are a good size too. To add to it all ... you get to put your salt and vinegar on yourself. They do have eat in table service but for us it's always eat out, sat looking at the sea! Trust me, you need to visit. This is definitely now one of the best chip shops in Suffolk, in my view.

Came here today as was just walking by and fancied a coffee and a snack. First of all a lovely place all clean and tidy then was served and seated by a lovely gentleman maybe the owner as was very friendly. Coffee and chips came in normal times which is great as it was busy. All in all great prices great food and service. Will be coming again for sure. Many thanks guys. Also you can see the sea while earing ya fish now you can't beat that can ya.

Opted for the cod and scampi combo. Both were cooked to perfection. Crispy batter and soft juicy fish. Non greasy. Nice and light on the stomach. Best I have tasted anywhere. Chips were a little on the dry side for my taste, but then I do like my chips very soft which isn't to everyone's liking. Staff were very friendly and service quick. Will come back again for sure.

Proper fish and chip restaurant and take away. Everything was freshly prepared and arrived piping hot. Chips were just the right size and cooked to perfection, golden on the outside, fluffy in the middle. I had a steak and ale pie with mine (unusual, I know), which was tasty and rich. My fellow diner had the scampi and said they were delicious. Clearly a favourite with the locals, given the staff seemed to know some of the customers well. Always a good sign.
